Today we're getting into the importance of feeling & processing emotions! I share how this recently came up for me and how I navigated releasing the emotions that were there. Suppressing emotions can have a negative effect on so many different areas of our lives—mental and physical. Sometimes we need to allow ourselves to break down a bit so we don't bypass what needs to be released.
