SEED CYCLE OVERVIEW
Day 1 of your cycle- the day after you ovulate (or new moon to full moon if you don't have a period)= 2 tbsp of ground flaxseeds or pumpkin seeds
Day after ovulation-the day before you get your period (or full moon to new moon if you don't have a period)= 2 tbsp of ground sesame or sunflower seeds
